Louise Holley Kreis
Owner, Licensed Property Manager & Licensed Real Estate Agent
Louise was born on a cold September day in Northern Idaho. Her two older brothers had little or no interest in her until she was able to talk. She began practicing her culinary skills at a young age by making the best mud pies in the State for them. Then, in the first grade she learned that for years her brothers had been telling her that nickels were worth more than dimes as they were bigger. No more pies for them.
She might have to someday thank her brothers for the nickel vs. dime trick. Perhaps this lesson helped her in the business world to be wary and focus on what is real, right and important. What is important to her is to own a company with employees who make her proud every day and to be honest in every aspect of our business. She is also a really good cook!
General Manager, Montana Licensed Broker, Realtor and Property Manager
Paul is a native Missoulian who told his parents he was studying architecture at Montana State University while secretly majoring in skiing and microbrews. His career path led him to the structural design, construction, and operations management field for the largest homebuilder in America where he worked near Austin, TX for over 15 years. Always seeking an opportunity to return home where he could go fishing without snake proof waders, Paul joined the Professional Property Management team in 2010. With his knowledge of construction and experience in investment properties it was a natural fit to acquire his real estate license and help people navigate buying and selling with Professional Real Estate of Montana. In his free time Paul enjoys spending time with his two teenage daughters and impressing them with how cool he still is while they lovingly roll their eyes and continue texting their friends.
Human Resources Manager
Brad started with Professional Property Management years ago mowing lawns and painting. He attended school in Frenchtown. After graduating high school he studied small engine repair at the Montana College of Technology. He has had several other jobs since then including commercial and residential painting and a four-year stint on a catcher processer boat in Alaska. He now assists his brother, Paul, in the daily operations of the company. Brad has various hobbies including snowmobiling, rafting, hunting, fishing, camping, and typically anything that includes recreating in our great state of Montana.

Licensed Property Manager
After college, Lisa landed a job as a Manager with Starbucks in Seattle, Washington (back when you could count the number of stores on one hand). Starbucks was growing fast, so Lisa had the chance to expand her skills with a variety of positions, and found working for such a vibrant company to be a great adventure. Being married to a native Montanan, her time in Seattle came to a close and she moved to Missoula to make her forever home. Here she worked as the Manager of Sales & Design for an interior landscaping company and loved every minute of it. Having been spoiled by previous jobs she loved, Lisa set her sights high looking for her “last” job. She feels lucky to have been invited to join the PPM team, and loves interacting with tenants, owners and her co-workers. In her off time Lisa enjoys time with her family and friends, artistic endeavors and really good wine. She is an arm-chair outdoor enthusiast and an avid Griz fan.
Field Representative & Licensed Property Manager
Kelsey is a lifelong native of Montana who had high hopes of making it big in Hollywood but chose to revamp her goals after her son was born in 2003. She moved from the small town of Lincoln, Montana (yes, the Unabomber town) to Missoula, Montana in 2004 and worked a variety of customer service positions before finally finding her niche in property management. She began her career as a Field Representative for Professional Property Management in the early summer of 2012 and gained her Property Managers License in February of 2013. With her great attention to detail and property knowledge, she is able to assist both tenants and owners in their everyday needs. She enjoys the ability to drive around our beautiful Missoula community on a daily basis while networking and meeting new and fascinating people. (She is, after all, quite the talker!)
In her free time she enjoys the simpler things in life: laundry, dishes, vacuuming up after her family etc. but truly enjoys her weekly drives with her family through the mountains in the surrounding areas. She was even crowned the victor in the ping pong championship of 1996 (which really just means she beat all her classmates at a rousing game of ping pong in the sixth grade)!

Licensed Property Manager
Born in our beautiful fast-growing city of Missoula, MT Theresa spent her high school years in Spokane WA. In her off time she learned the ropes of the restaurant business from her grandparents at the Hungry Bear Steak House in Condon, MT. Splitting her time between the big city and all the mountains and trees she knew that she only wanted to live in Missoula, MT.
Once she moved to Missoula permanently, she got to know all the back roads and short cuts through the city by running parts for Missoula Freightliner (no hidden moonshine – darn it!) In search of a new challenge, she initially started her “property” career working for First American Title. Away from work she enjoyed cooking dinners, doing the laundry, having family BBQ’s and an occasional girls’ night. During that time, Theresa had a son who is the light of her life. He’ll be graduating soon and is set to have a life full of adventure in the NAVY.
Her next stint in the “property” career came as a surprise. While job hunting, she talked to a friend that worked for PPM and soon started working as a Field Representative. With her background in title services, she was pleased to find that the property management industry felt like a good fit. With encouragement from her new co-workers she soon moved into the office assisting applicants with finding a place to view, filling out the application papers & ultimately signing a lease.
Theresa has been a volunteer for the Hospice Care Foundation for years. Now that her son is older and independent, she was pleased to accept an invitation to be a member of the Board of Directors for the Foundation. She finds herself staying very busy fundraising and planning everything from Halloween for Hospice to the Hospice Ball.
A hometown girl that prefers the great outdoors with a “glass half full” outlook.
Jessa was raised in the rolling hills of Western Pennsylvania. She set off in August of 2000 in search of majestic mountains and the open skies of Western Montana. She joined the Missoula community mid historic wildland fires and thought she hit an apocalypse. However, once the smoke settled, she knew she was home.
Jessa lives for hiking, camping, and hooking her own hand pretending she knows how to fish. She adores waking in the frosty mountains with a mug of cowboy coffee and exploring the wilderness with her family. You will often find her dancing to her own drum in both figurative and literal terms.
Jessa is proud to be a member of the PPM team who shares her appreciation for Missoula’s extraordinary community.
