The unit has W/D hookups and a covered carport. Pets considered under 60 lbs, max of 2, with $500 pet deposit per pet and $50 monthly pet rent per pet. We will request that all applicants provide proof of good credit and at least 2 years of verifiable rental history. No smoking of any kind, including e-cigarettes/vape pens.
