House near the Bitterroot River on two acres of land. This property has W/D hookups. Tenant can use bunk house for storage, but will not have access to additional buildings on the property. No use of wood-stoves. The tenant will be responsible for mowing all two acres. Pets considered with $500 additional deposit per pet and $50 monthly pet rent per pet. We will request that all applicants provide proof of good credit AND at least 2 years of verifiable rental history. No smoking of any kind, including e-cigarettes/vape pens.
